Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.

Opened items cannot be returned unless defective then we will exchange for same item.

No returns on personal use products. We do not accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons including serious Health & Sanitation Issues.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.

We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.

We generally do not believe in charging restocking fees, however, to protect philsplaythings.com against abuse of this policy, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 15%) at our discretion.

We accept returns of any unworn, "like new", pristine, resaleable merchandise.

NO DAMAGE of ANY kind will be accepted - such as shopworn, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc. all original tags, bags, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.

All shoes must be returned within 10 days.  Must be return with thier original box with no wear marks in resellable condition.

Any returns or size issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Phil's Playthings and More only accepts return if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process. If clothing or shoes do not fit please contact us.

Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods.
