Please note that state law prohibits the return of certain items once they have been worn. We strictly adhere to this law. Therefore, all sales on items that are worn over the crotch area are final (please choose color and size carefully before placing your order) once open item can not be returned. In addition, opened hosiery cannot be returned.
Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
Opened items cannot be returned unless defective then we will exchange for same item.

We accept returns of any unworn, "like new", pristine, resaleable merchandise.
NO DAMAGE of ANY kind will be accepted - such as shopworn, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc.
all original tags, bags, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.
All shoes must be returned within 10 days. Must be return with thier original box with no wear marks in resellable condition.
Any returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Phil's Playthings and More only accepts returns if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process. If shoes do not fit please contact us.
Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods.
With the exception of items worn over the crotch area, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund. In most cases we can exchange an item for the same one in a different size or color.
Once we receive your returned item, we will typically process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
